The Roses Theatre in partnership with GDance is holding a Day of Dance to celebrate the theatre as a regional dance hub.
This exciting and informative event is the culmination of a year long project funded by the Summerfield Trust and will include live professional scratch performances, dance film screenings, workshops led by professional dance artists, presentations from leading dance specialists, networking opportunities and lively performances from top youth dance groups.
The day will culminate in a screening of the film Love Tomorrow - A very small British release, both leads are ballet dancers. It's been described as a ballet Before Sunrise, is very short (79mins) and a PG. There will also be a Q& A with the films director.
If you are a dance artist, teacher, dance student or dance enthusiast there is something for everyone. Come along and get involved!
