For those of you with a song in your heart and a spring in your step, here’s a wonderful opportunity to bring those MGM routines to life with talented tapper Marie-Louise Flexen, from professional tap company 'Soul Rebel Tap'.

There are two levels to choose from if you’ve had a bit of experience go for Improvers, or you can do both! You’ll be breaking down the steps to a glorious mix of music, and maybe a bit of contemporary thrown in. This weekly dose of 40’s magic will lift your spirits and warm your toes.

Dance is a brilliant way of keeping fit, working with others and having fun. Here’s your chance to work with infectiously enthusiastic dancer Marie-Louise Flexen to explore a range of dancing styles – from contemporary to street – without the pressure of dance exams. You don’t need any experience – just the desire to dance and a mind which is open to a range of styles and techniques. This lively class is a great way to boost confidence and self-esteem and is perfect for both guys and girls and for any young dancers keen to have a go.

An exciting opportunity to bring some music and movement to your daily routine with creative dancer Marie-Louise Flexen. Here’s a brilliantly creative way to nurture a love of dance and movement to music with lots of storytelling and imaginative play. There’ll be some choreography to follow, a taster of different dance styles and a different theme each week.
