CALL for performers for Stuck in the Mud in SWANSEA 12-13 JULY
Would you like to be part of a new dance performance produced by GDance; featuring Ballet Cymru dancers and choreography by internationally renowned Marc Brew?*Successful candidates will join a core professional cast of 13 disabled and non-disabled dancers to perform at The National Waterfront Museum, Swansea on 12 and 13 July 2014.

We are seeking:
• 6 - 10 voluntary* performers / movers (Aged 16 and over)
• reliable individuals who can commit to all the dates and times listed below
• performers able to access transport to get to / from the venue
• any dance / physical theatre style background
• disabled and non-disabled dancers / performers
• strong performance and creative skills
*NB. this is an unpaid opportunity

Selection process:
We are looking for a diverse range of performers and will select dancers based on the following:
• Variety of styles and experience
• Diversity of cast
• Ability to commit to the whole project.
• Commitment, and genuine interest in, inclusive dance
There will not be an audition for this opportunity. Applicants will be informed whether they have a place in the production by Tuesday 10 June 2014.
Performance & Rehearsal Details:
Venue: Rehearsal venue TBC (Likely to be central Swansea area)
Performances will be at The National Waterfront Museum Oystermouth Road Maritime Quarter Swansea SA1 3RD
Rehearsal Dates:
Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 June 2014: 10 – 4pmOn site Rehearsal dates at The National Waterfront Museum:
Tuesday 8 July: 10 – 4pm
Wednesday 9 July: 10 – 4pm
Friday 11 July: 10 – 4pm
Performances at the National Waterfront Museum:
There are 2 performances (of 1 hour per performance) each day as follows:
12 and 13 July 2014
Show 1: 12 – 1pm
Show 2: 2.30 – 3.30pm
You will be required to attend from 10 – 4pm approximately
